Dan and Family:
You have all been in my thoughts all day. Karen was such a wonderful person and will be so missed by family, friends and the whole community. She was active in the church and would always be there for others - - always helping and caring. I am so blessed to have know her and shared time with her as a part of the church family. God give you all strength during this difficult time.

I was so heartsick to hear of Karen's passing. She always showed me so much compassion when my mother was so ill years ago. Never once did she see me and not stop to say "Hi" and ask how my Mom was and the family. You are all so lucky to have called her Wife, Mother, Sister and Friend. Her constant smile and giggle shall remain with me always! May God's comfort surround you during this time of sorrow.

I am sorry we couldn't be there in your time of sadness, there are times like this when you truly realize the meaning of family and friends.
Dan, I am sorry, but I really don't know what to say, there are no appropriate words right now.

Dan, Todd, and Danielle,
I am very sorry I will not be able to pay my respects to Karen, as I am flying to Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon. Please know I enjoyed knowing her from the first time I met her when she went to work. There was never a harder worker and never a more pleasant person. She was just one of those special people I was lucky enough to meet. Our condolences are with you and the entire family.

Dear Gloria,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your sister! You babysat for me and Sandy when mom was going to college back in the 60's. If your sister was anything like you, she would have been a treasure to have known. I want you to know how much I appreciated you and I am so sorry.
Love,
Gina
