GREEN CAMP — Carol L. Savage, age 59, died in her home at 3781 Prospect-Upper Sandusky Road, at 8:36 p.m, Saturday, Jan. 6,2007.
She was born Oct. 29,1947, in Marion, to Richard Clair and Wanda Alleta (Lindsay) Butz. Her parents and two brothers, Jerry (Wendy) Butz and Larry (Paula) Butz, all live in LaRue.
On Feb. 9, 1969, at the Green Camp Baptist Church, she married Paul Jay Savage and he survives.
Also surviving are her children, Rhonda R. (William) Ogden of Upper Sandusky, Robin C. (Mitchell) Randies of LaRue, Bryan J. (Jodie) Savage of Byhalia and David S. Savage of Nashville Tenn.
Carol and Paul are proud grandparents of 10 really grand children, Molly, Elizabeth. Sarah, Wesley, Elijah,
Caleb, Justine, Jackie, Janie and Jenna.
Carol was a registered nurse for Heartland of Marysville, a nurse for Memorial Family Physicians and finally the nurse and office manager for Dr. Holly Recob of Richwood. She was a member of the LaRue Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the LaRue Baptist Church. Minister will be the Rev. Tim Pasma. Burial in the LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call at the Stofcheck Funeral home in LaRue from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday.
Those who wish may make contributions to the LaRue Baptist Church Benevolent Fund.
Pall bearers will be William Ogden, Bryan Savage, Mitchell Randies, David Savage, Larry Butz and Wayne Savage.
