Todd Kyle Rees, 35, of Zanesfield, died unexpectedly Monday morning,
April 23, 2007, at his home. A 1989 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School, he had previously worked as a foreman at Siemans in Bellefontaine, and was currently working as manager of Trader Joe's in Dublin. He enjoyed bodybuilding, weight training and being in the outdoors, but the true joy of his life was his family, to whom he was devoted. He was born July 5, 1971, in Bellefontaine, to Clarence and Melanie Poland Rees, and they survive in Zanesfield. He also is survived by his wife, the former Amy Nicole Cox, whom he married Nov. 25, 2000, in Gatlinburg, Tenn. Also surviving is their son, Micah; two brothers, Brian (Tonya) Rees of Milford Center, and their daughter, Dorothy, and Darrin (Kim) Rees of Zanesfield and their boys, Cody and Trent; his father-in-law, Scott Cox of Richwood; and his sister-in-law, Jennifer (Dan) Michael of Richwood. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Richwood Church of Christ, with Pastor Scot Gorsuch officiating. Burial will be at the Zanesfield Cemetery.
