Brandon Cory King

NEW BLOOMINGTON — Brandon Cory King, age 17, of rural New Bloomington, died suddenly Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006, at approximately 3:30 p.m. at his residence.
He was born April 13,1988, in Marion, to Terry and Karla (Moury) King. They survive in New Bloomington.
Also surviving are one brother, Dillan M. King, and one sister, Cassey D. King, both at home; maternal grandparents Carl and Ruthann Moury of Green Camp; paternal grandmother Jean Darland of LaRue; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
  His paternal grandfather, Melvin Darland, is deceased.
Brandon was a senior at Ridgedale High School where he was on the baseball team. He worked as a cook at Long John Silver.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 28,2006, at 11 a.m. at the Meeker Fellowship Hall at the corner of Ohio 309 and Agos-ta-Meeker Road. Minister will be the Rev. Donald J. Riker. Burial in the LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue from 5-8 p.m. on Monday.
