David Allen Cosand

David Allen Cosand, 64, of West Liberty, died Sunday, July 31, 2005, at
Heartland of Bellefontaine.
Mr. Cosand graduated from The Ohio State University and obtained further
art training in New York. He taught art in the Cleveland Public Schools
and used photography extensively in his art work.
He was a loving father and his great joy was his grandchildren.
He was born Oct. 25, 1940, to Earl A. and Margaret A. Stanley Cosand. He
was preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his father of West Liberty; his wife, Judy Edinger
Cosand; two daughters, Ilse (Aaron) Olson of Dawson, Minn., and Heida
(Brandon) Carey of Litchfield Park, Ariz.; four grandchildren, Hunter,
Gavin, Micah and Levi; and a first cousin and his caregiver Patricia
(Gary) Phillips of North Lewisburg.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Goshen Friends
Church in Zanesfield, with the Revs. Fred Clogg and Fred Kensler
officiating. Burial will be in Zanesfield Cemetery. Visiting hours will
be one hour before the funeral service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Green Hills Retirement Center,
West Liberty.
