Eston (Huck) Williams


LARUE — Eston (Huck) Williams, age 83, of 2775 Fairview Road, LaRue, died peacefully at home on the farm Thursday afternoon, April 14, 2005.
He was born May 14,1921, in Bowling Green Township, Marion County, to the late Harry and Bertha (Lamb) Williams. On March 1, 1941, he married Ruth L. Denman and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Merrill E. (Susan) Williams of LaRue, and Jack L. (Laura) Williams of New Port, Wash.; seven grandchildren, Terry (Michelle) Williams of Freder-icktown. David Williams of Marion, Steve (Laura) Williams of Marion, Gary (Amy) Williams of Delaware, Timothy (Dee) Williams of Lake Stevens, Wash., Matthew (Zaneita) Williams of Everett, Wash., and. Andy Williams of Everett, Wash.; two great-grandchildren, Marissa Lynn Williams and Jacob Williams: two stepgrandchildren, Mike (Heather) Lord of Prairie Hill, Ky, and Dave (Maura) Lord of Overland Park, Kan.; and six step-great-grandchildren, One great-grandchild, Terry Williams Jr.; one brother, Ronald (Jack) Williams; and one sister, Lora Plotner, are deceased.
Mr. Williams was a farmer and was a maintenance supervisor at M.C.I., member of the LaRue United Methodist Church, member of the former Bowling Green Grange, now member of the Tymochtee Grange, LaRue Lodge No. 463 F&AM, charter member of the Weak Enders Camping Club and was trustee of Bowling Green Township for five terms.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2005, at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue. Minister will be the Rev. Edward W. Fugate. Burial in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home in LaRue.
