Wilma W. Daniels


Wilma W. Daniels, 88, of Claibourne died Monday, April 12, 2004, at The
Gables at Green Pastures.
She worked for the Scotts Company for 28 years, part of that time as
manager of the Scott House. She was a dedicated member of the Claibourne
United Methodist Church and its women's society and the former
Claibourne Grange. Her husband died when she was young and she devoted
her life to her five beloved children.
She was born Sept. 6, 1915, in Meigs County to the late Claude Monroe
and Cora Blanche Grim Schultz and was predeceased by a son, Charles G.
Daniels Jr.; a grandson; and four brothers, Paul, Monroe, Denny and
Grover Schultz. She married Charles Gahale Daniels Jan. 24, 1938, and he
died Nov. 7, 1955.
She is survived by two sons, Keith (Dalene) Daniels of Ashley and John
(Sharon) Daniels of Marysville; two daughters, Britta (Gene) Sellers of
Richwood and Gloria (Pearl) Nicol of East Liberty; 12 grandchildren; 13
great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; two brothers, Albert
(Bette) Schultz of Canal Winchester and Claron (Gloria) Schultz of
Sunbury; two sisters, Thelma (Thomas) Taylor of Radnor and Britta Brown
of Miamisburg; a daughter-in-law, Ruby Lane Daniels of Columbus; a
sister-in-law, Marlene Schultz of Sunbury; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Stofcheck
Funeral Home in Richwood. The Rev. Glen Decker will officiate and burial
will be at the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6
to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Claibourne United Methodist
Church.
