Priscilla Martha (Sid) Tucker

LARUE — Priscilla Martha (Sid) Tucker, age 81, of 61 W. Vine St., LaRue, died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at 4:50 p.m. at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.
She was born March 3, 1923, in Marion, to the late John Ross and Garnet (Denney) Hughes.
On June 17, 1946, she married Homer E. Tucker and he died Sept. 29,1994.
She is survived by two sisters, Garnet (Jake) Hughes of Marion and June (Carl) Tilton of Attica; two sisters-in-law, Norma Hughes and Dorothy Hughes both of Marion; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Dana, Orville, David, Marion, and James Hughes and one sister, Elva Bowman.
She graduated from Harding High School in 1941, worked at Universal Cooler in Marion and later at Haberman's Locker.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 6, 2004, at 1 p.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue. Minister will be the Rev. Edward W. Fugate. Burial in the LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue one hour before the service time on Saturday.
