Richard John Cosler, 58, of Richwood died Monday, May 5, 2003, at Grady
Memorial Hospital in Delaware. He was a graduate of Ohio Northern University and had worked as a baker for the past two and one half years for Buehler's in Delaware. He was a member of the Breadmakers Guild, F&AM St. John's Lodge 13, Valley of Dayton Scottish Rite and Marion Community Farmer's Market. He was on the board for the culinary school at Tri-Rivers and enjoyed collecting and spending time on his computer. He was born May 19, 1944, in Columbus to the late Richard Russell and Elizabeth J Rosien Cosler. He married Pamela Rhoades in 1965 and she died in 1983. He is survived by a son, Ryan J. (Christine) Cosler of Johnstown; a daughter, Kelley Sue (Rodney) Crampton of Iberia; four grandchildren, Cody and Devan-Dawn Jones and Travis and Alex Crampton; a sister, Sharon (Rodney) Houston of Tipp City; a special friend, Carolyn Rapp of Richwood and her daughters, Barbara Sue (David) Austin and Sherrie Linn Rapp of Greensboro, N.C. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Royal Oak Cemetery Chapel in Phillipsburg where a Scottish Rite Ring Ceremony will be held. Pastor Jeff Conrad will officiate. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood. Memorial contributions may be made to breast cancer research. | |||
