Steve Z. Jerew

Steve Z. Jerew, 55, of Richwood died Thursday, Oct. 24, 2002, at his home after a battle with cancer.
He was a material handler with Kern & Kern in Marysville for the last six years. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards, sports cards, stamps and, most of all, NASCAR collectibles.
He was'born July 7, 1947, in Marion County to Marion L. and Edna L. Zigler Jerew and was predeceased by his father.
He is survived by his mother of Richwood; his wife, Peggy Bowers Jerew whom he married'July 12, 1982, in Richwood; two sons, Steve (Kim) Jerew Jr. of Richwood and Robert Leroy (Williams) Jerew of Richwood; a stepson, Roger Williams of Richwood; five grandchildren; Alisha and Bruce Jerew, Chance Jerew, Bradley Jerew and Hunter Jerew; a brother, Ronald (Linda) Jerew of Rich-wood; and a sister, Charlotte Britton of Delaware.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood. Dean Henderson will officiate and burial will be at the Price Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
