Maurice A. Hamilton

Maurice A. Hamilton, age 64, of near Byhalia, died unexpectedly Thursday evening May 18,2001 at his home.
He was bom Jan. 13,1937 in Hardin County to the late Arnette and Ruth (Fisher) Hamilton.
He was a lifelong farmer, a 1955 graduate of the Byhalia High School, had been in the Ohio National Guard and the Army Reserve. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to antique tractor shows.
On Dec. 10, 1961 at the former Grace Chapel, he married Marylyn L. Fisher and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, David (Nancy) Hamilton, of Cygnet and Donald Hamilton of Richwood; three step-grandchildren, Dena Olson, Nick Lamb and Donna Lamb, one step-great-granddaughter, Sidney Marie Olson.
Grave side funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 20 at the Byhalia Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood. The Rev. Joseph Rhea will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 5455 N. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43214.
