Isabelle M. Tobey

Isabelle M. Tobey, 82, of Hilliard, formerly of Prospect, died Saturday, April 21, 2001, at Mount Carmel West Hospital.
She was a 1936 graduate of Marion Harding High School and was a retired retail sales clerk. She was a member of the Prospect Baptist Church and Prospect Senior Citizens.
She was bom April 27, 1918, in Kilbourne to the late Edward and Ruth Fleming Willey and was predeceased by two brothers, Harold and Donald Willey, and a sister, Arlene Gamer. She married Myron L. Tobey Oct. 5, 1936, and he died May 22,1978.
She is survived by two daughters, Deanna (William) Hedges and Phyllis (Ken) Phelps of Hilliard; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, May Whitney of Ilion, NY.
Private graveside services will be held Wednesday at the York Cemetery. The Rev. Sol Green will officiate. There will be no calling hours.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Norwich Twp. Fire Dept., 4164 Avery Road, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
