Foster L. "Bus" Kale


RICHWOOD — Foster L. "Bus" Kale, age 90, of 34260 Winnemac Road, Richwood, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000, at 12:20 p.m. at Marion General Hospital.
He was born Nov. 2, 1910, in Raymond, to the late Ira E. and Icy (Hall) Kale.
On Feb. 15, 1930, he married Ferol E. Denman and she died Nov. 28, 2000.
Surviving is one son, Robert L. (Pauline) Kale of Richwood; three granddaughters, Kandy L. (Daniel) Lahut of Marion, Tracey L. (David) Hollen-baugh of South Glastonbury, Conn, and Stephanie A. (Roger) Pitchford of Rich-wood; great-grandchildren, Bob and Tom Lahut, Ryan and McKenzie Hollenbaugh, Spencer and Alex Pitchford; and one sister, Marie Shuster of Marseilles. Two brothers, Elmer Kale and Mike Kale and two sisters, Ethel Born and Lucille White, are deceased.
Mr. Kale was a retired farmer, member of the LaRue Senior Citizens and a the Union County Farm Bureau.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 18, 2000, at 11:30 a.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue. Minister will be the Rev. Fred Cheney. Burial in the Price Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Those who wish may make contributions to the charity of the donor's choice.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Lahut, Bob Lahut, Roger Pitchford, Richard Kale, DeLynn Kale, Charles Leeth and Merrill Williams.
