Arthur D. Miller

LARUE — Arthur D. Miller, age 86, of 8830 LaRue-DeCliff Road, LaRue, Ohio, died Friday, Aug. 18, 2000, at 2:35 a.m. at his residence.
He was born Sept. 10,1913, in Galion to the late Jesse and Gladys (Althouse) Miller. On June 8,1940, he married Marguerite Hoffman and she survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Drs. David A. (Gail) Miller, of Augusta, Ga, Jon H. (Ruby) Miller, of Washington, 111, and Thomas F. (Cindy) Miller, of LaRue, Ohio; one daughter, Mrs. Mama M. (Dr. Charles) Stein-man, of Salisbury, N.C.; nine grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren; one sister, Eileen Smiley of Kenton
Mr. Miller was a farmer, a member of the farm bureau, LaRue Sportsman Club, Marion Country Club and former member of the LaRue Lions Club, LaRue School Board and LaRue Lodge No. 463 F. & A.M.
Funeral services will be heldMonday, Aug. 21,2000,at 2 p.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue. Minster will be the Rev. Darlene Wei-dner. Burial will be in LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday.
