Victor Lowell Denman


MARION — Victor Lowell Denman, age 75, of 1791 Owens Road W., died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at 11:58 a.m. at Marion General Hospital.
He was born Nov. 12, 1924, in LaRue, Ohio, to the late Benton and Mildred (Thomasson) Denman.
On April 17, 1947, he married Ruth E. Moore, and she died Feb. 4, 1975.
He is survived by two sons, any L. Denman of Shelby, Montana, and Steve E. (Joan) Denman of Marion, Ohio; one daughter, Dottie Williamson of Morral, Ohio; six grandchildren, Jodi Fogle, Jason (Tiffany) Williamson, Garry (Carla) Williamson, Kristen Denman, Danny Denman, all of Marion, and Wendy Terrazas of Morral; seven great-grandchildren; four brothers, Ed (Sherry) Denman of LaRue, William (Donna) Denman of Richwood, Benton Jr. (Jo) Den-
John L. Price of Prospect: five sisters, Ima (Harold) Robinson and Ruth (Eston) Williams, both of LaRue, Phylis (Charles) Leeth and Ann (Neil) Denman, both of Marion, and Ferol (Foster) Kale of Richwood. One sister, Leatha Shirea, is deceased.
Mr. Denman was a self-employed farmer, worked at Whirlpool Corp., was a World War II Army veteran, fought in the Battle of the Bulge serving under Gen. Patton. He was of the Methodist faith.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec, 27,1999, at 11 a.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue. Minister will be the Rev. Jack Downey. Burial in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Those who wish may make contributions
