Florence Mildred Buyer


LARUE — Florence Mildred Buyer, age 86, of LaRue, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1999, at 5:27 p.m. at Maplewood Nursing Center in Marion, Ohio.
She was born Dec. 8, 1912, in Marion County, to the late Thomas and Mamie (Caskey)  Wigle.
On June 19,1932, she married Arnold B. Buyer, and he died May 6,1986.
Mrs. Buyer was a homemaker and worked as domestic help around the LaRue area. She was a member of the LaRue United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, the Mary Martha Circle, Homemakers Club and the LaRue Senior Citizens.
She is survived by three sons, Robert Norman (Caroline) Buyer of Kenton, Paul Ervin (Mary) Buyer of Richwood and DeWayne Arnold Buyer of Marion; two daughters, Mrs. Doris Eileen (Boyd) Rinehart of Rich-wood and Daphne JoAnn (Charles) Harp of Belle Center; one sister, Ruby Smith of Delaware; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren. Two brothers, Robert Wigle and Thomas Wigle, and one sister, Clara Miller, are deceased.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 1,1999, at 10:30 a.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue, Ohio. Minister will be the Rev. Darlene Weidner. Singing will be the Rev. Rose Ann Wilson.
Burial in the LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
Those who wish may be make contributions to the Quality of Life Hospice.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Tony Sigrist, Greg Buyer, John Buyer, Jeff Buyer, Ben Graff, Dan Knickel and Dwayne Sparks.
