Marilyn A. Moreland

Marilyn A. Moreland, 59, of Richwood died unexpectedly Wednesday, March 3, 1999, at her home.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Richwood First Baptist Church and the church choir and was a service group chairman.
She was born July 16, 1939, in Marion to the late Guy and Rachel Eleanor Ransome Newhouse.
She is survived by her husband, David B. Moreland whom she married Aug. 8, 1964, in Richwood; three daughters, Dawn Dennis of Magnetic Springs and Sherry A. Moreland and Debra L. Moreland of Richwood; three grandchildren; and a sister, Lena Kay (John) Bauer of Cabot, Ark.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Richwood First Baptist Church. The Rev. Barb Stevens will officiate and burial will be at the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from noon until the time of the service.
Memorial contributions may be made, to the Megan Dennis Education Fund in care of the Stofcheck Funeral Home, 201 S. Franklin St, Richwood.
