Ed H. Schweinfurth

NEW BLOOMINGTON — Ed H. Schweinfurth, age 81, of 1416 DeCliff Road, New Bloomington, Ohio, died Monday, March 1, 1999, at 10:35 a.m. at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton, Ohio.
He was born April 24,1917, in Pleasant Township, Marion County, Ohio, to the late Edwin J. and Fronia (Neidhardt) Schweinfurth.
On July 15, 1937, he married Kathleen Keller and she survives.
He was a loving father of Ed J. (Dianna) Schweinfurth of LaRue and Mrs. Jeanna (Joe) Walker of Richland, Mich. Beloved grandfather of John and Katie Walker of Richland and Liza (Rob) McNary of Indianapolis, Ind. One sister preceded him in death.
Mr. Schweinfurth was raised by his grandparents, John and Barbara Schweinfurth. He was a self-employed farmer all his life.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 4, 1999, at 11 a.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue, Ohio. Minister will be the Rev. Grant Quever. Burial in the Marion Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
