WillElla S. Miller

MARION — WillElla S. Miller, age 92, of 524 Jamesway, Marion, formerly of LaRue and Mansfield, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 1998, at 8:40 p.m. at Sun Rise Care and Rehabilitation in Marion.
She was born Aug. 9,1906, in Pennsylvania to the John M. and Ann Estelle (Benitz) Stark.
On May 29, 1925, she married Cyril N. Miller, and he died Jan. 6, 1979.
She is survived by two daughters, Lou Ann Wildey and Mrs. Suzanne K. (Mead) Carmichael, both of LaRue; five grandchildren, CW3 James
N.Y., Laura Townsend of Pontiac, Mich., Lisa Ann Harris of Marion, Michael A. Lauinger of Circleville and Martin S. Carmichael of Pasadena, Texas; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Two brothers and one sister are deceased.
Mrs. Miller taught elementary school for Mansfield Schools, and graduated from the University of Michigan in 1925 at the age of 18. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in LaRue and was a member for many years of St. Peter Church in Mansfield where she sang in the choir and worked as an Eucharist scheduler.
Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, Dec. 19, 1998, at 10 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church in Mansfield. Burial in the Mansfield Cemetery. Friends may call at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday. A prayer service will be held Friday at 7:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
