Ruth A. Minter


Ruth A. Minter, 78, of Richwood died Wednesday; Sept. 30, 1998, at her home after 17 years of courageously battling cancer.  
She was a farm wife secretary ahd treasurer of "The Minters" Inc for 30 years. She Was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Prospect
She was bom Feb. 26, 1920, in Washington Township, Hardin County to the late Jacob Roy and Iva Long Eibling and was predeceased by a grandson
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, C, Dwight Minter whom she married March 1, 1941, at the Dola Lutheran Church; six sons, Charles (Chong Hui) Minter of Richwood, William (Janice) Minter of Burlington N.C James (Gayle) Minter of Phoenix, John Minter of Richwood Dr Richard (Pamela) Minter of Dublin and Steven Minter of Columbus two daughters. Johnna Sue (Greg) White of Hilliard and Luanne (Carl) Davis of Richwood; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Edna Boerger and Helen King of Kenton.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.mi Saturday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home. The Rev. Stephen Bull will officiate and burial will be at the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday Pall bearers will be the decedent's six sons.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital or a hospice organization of the donor's choice.
