Lydia Lucile Reynolds


Services for Lydia Lucile Reynolds will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home In LaRue by the Rev. David C. Llppert. Burial will be In Price Cemetery, near Richwood.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday.
She died Wednesday, June 25, 1997, at 12:21 p.m. at Marlon General Hospital, Marlon.
She was born Feb. 12, 1914, in the same house she resided In at the time of her death, to Charles and Leah (Coffey) Wasserbeck. She married George W. Reynolds on Dec. 24, 1937, and he died Oct. 18, 1978.
Surviving are one son, Thomas C. (Janet) of Marlon; one daughter, Mrs. William (Sue Ann "Susie") James of Forest; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandson.
She was a homemaker arid worked as~a cook at Elgin High School. She was a member of the Emanuel Reformed Church and the choir, Women's Guild and women's fellowship group there. She served on the board of the German Reformed Log Church and was a member of the Green Camp and Prospect Senior Citizens, the Get Together Club, and the Happy Tyme Club. She was a graduate of Green Camp High School and was a former member of the Green Camp Grange.
Memorials may be made to the Emanuel Reformed Church.
