Ernest J. "Mike" Kale

Ernest J. "Mike" Kale, 90, 304 N. Section St., LaRue, died Wednesday December 18, 1996 at Community Nursing Center.
Born Sept. 10, 1906, in Union County, he was the son of the late Ira and Icy (Hall) Kale.
On Jan. 22, 1927. he married Nina B. Wiley and she died March 3, 1983.
He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Bud (Donna) Wall, LaRue; a brother, Foster Kale, Richwood: two sisters, Marie Shuster and Lucille White, both LaRue; and three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a son, LaMarr Lee Kale; a daughter, LaRoma Sigrist; and a brother and a sister.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at LaRue Cemetery, LaRue, with the Rev. Joanne A. Powers officiating. Calling hours will not be observed at Stofcheck Funeral Home, which is handling arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the LaRue United Methodist Church or the Central Ohio Diabetes Association.
