Florence N. Adams

BRONSTON, Ky. - Florence N. Adams, 87, formerly of the Essex area died Monday September 23, 1996 at the Columbia Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital following a short illness.
Born   April   28,   1909, in Raymond, she was the son of Edward and Mary Pohng.
On Oct. 9, 1929, in Columbus, she married John M. Adams and he preceded her in death
She was a homemaker member of the Essex United Methodist Church and the Pythian Sisters of
Essex.
She is survived by a son John M. Adams Jr., Bronston, Ky.; a daughter, Joannie F. Adams Somerset, Ky.; a sister, Vadis Poling; three grandchildren and four teat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Eddie J. Adams and a daughter, Shirley M. Adams.
The funeral is 1 pm Thursday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home. LaRue. Burial is in Price Cemetery. Friends may call after 6 o'clock tonight at the Pulaski Funeral Home in Somerset, Ky., and tnen 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home.
