Marjorie R. Sanders


RICHWOOD — Former area resident Marjorie R. Sanders, S5, died Wednesday September 21, 1994 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
She was born March 17, 1909, in Bedford, Ind., the daughter of Milton L. and Gertrude (Markwith) Dickason.
Mrs. Sanders had taught piano in the Richwood area and also had played the organ at several area churches, and had been an affiliate teacher with Sherwood Music. She was a member of Richwood First United Methodist Church and Mount Carmel Chapter 42 Order of the Eastern Star; and was a former member of the Ohio Music Teachers Association, and King's Daughters.
Her husband. Robert P. Sanders, whom she married June 18, 1930, died in 1972.
Surviving are a son, Daniel R. Sanders, Worthington: two daughters, Mrs. George (Patricia) Young. Marion, Mrs. Geoffrey (Marcia) Pomeroy, Westerville; I I grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Five brothers are deceased.
Private funeral services will be conducted Saturday with the Rev. Maynard Moserolficiating. Burial will be in Price Cemetery. Friends may call at Stofcheck Funeral Home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday.
