Ann L. Gies

Ann L. Gies, 65, Green Camp, died Monday morning December 13, 1993 at her home following a brief illness.
She was born Jan. 26,1928, in Marion, a daughter of the late Lee and Helen (Burris) Endicott.
She was employed for 13 years with the Fashion Barn, Marion, and enjoyed painting.
On June 21, 1952, in Marion, she married Thomas A. Gies. and he survives.
Mrs. Gies also is survived by two sons. Thomas L. Gies, Marion, and Scott A. Gies. Green Camp; two daughters, Chris A. Persinger, New Bloomington, and Cindy L. Gies, Marion; a sister, Mrs. Joseph (Beth) Murphy, Marion; and four grandchildren. A sister is deceased.
The service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, with the Rev. Tim Pasma officiating. Burial will follow in Green Camp Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
