Gene F. Stewart

RICHWOOD - -  Gene F. Stewart, 42, Las Vegas, son of local residents Eugene E. Stewart and Frances Marie Spires Whitt, died Sunday at Valley Hospital June 23, 1991, Las Vegas.
He was born in Columbus, Feb. 2, 1949, and was a former Associate of Gene E. Stewart & Associates Co., and also had been employed with My Realty and Linden Realty, all Columbus. He was a former member of the national, state and local board of realtors. The graduate of Walnut Ridge High School, Columbus, also had attended St. Francis DeSales High School, Columbus. Mr. Stewart was employed with Bally's Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas.    In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, the former Theresa  Chesshir; a daughter, Jodell Stewart, Plain City; a stepson and stepdaughter, David and Rachel, at home; a brother, Michael Stewart, Marysville; three sisters, Pat Reese and Marianne Brown, Richwood, and Sue Stalcup, Malakoff, Texas.
The service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Stofcheck FuneraLHQme with Fattier Bernard McClory officiating. Burial will follow in Claiboume Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 5-9 p.m. Thursday.
