George O. Rizor


George O. Rizor, 69,9747 Windfall Road, LaRue, died Saturday morning at
his home.    
He was born in Union County Feb. 19, 1922, a son of the late Harley and Amanda Buff Rizor.  A self-employed fanner, he had been employed as a.line supplier: with the Whirlpool Corporation; retiring 1983. He was a World War II U.S: Army veteran.
Mr. Rizor married the former Ruth Eileen Skidmore June 7,1942, and she died May 3, 1982.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. Marvin
G. Rizor, Richwood, and Richard E. Rizor, Marion; two'daughters, Mrs. George (Judy) Collmer, Prospect, and Mrs. Dean (Micky) Ridgway, LaRue; a brother, Arthur Rizor, Columbus; three sisters, Mrs. Amy Bell, Columbus, Mrs.  Anna Baker, Marysville, and Mrs. Irma  Rogers, Tucson, Ariz.; and five grand- children.
Two brothers and four sisters are  deceased.
The service will be 10:30 a.m.  Wednesday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, wiuvthe RevV. James Mason officiating. Burial with military graveside rites by the American Legion will follow in LaRue Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lou Gehrig's Disease Research in care of The Ohio State University Medical College.
