May 15, 1991 RICHWOOD - - The service for Ruth V. Dennis, 67, 27 Elm St., will be 11 am. Saturday at Stofcheck Funeral Home with the Rev. Monty Kaufman officiating. Burial will be in Claibourne Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home 6-8 pjn. Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Mrs. Dennis died early Wednesday at Marion General Hospital following a four-month illness. She was bom Jan. 16,1924, in Ritchie County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Phil and Effie Shields Snider. She was a retired dairy farmer. Her first husband, Ralph Lemon, whom she married in 1942 in West Virginia, died in October 1968. Surviving are a son, Robert Lemon, Longwood, Fla.; two daughters, Ruth Ann Dennis, Plain City, and Mrs. Laura Morse, Prospect; a sister, Mrs. Olive Lemon, Panama City, Fla.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A great-grandchild is deceased. | |||
