Mildred Mary Mallett

Nov 29, 1990- Funeral Mass will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Catholic Church, LaRue, for Mildred Mary Mallett, 89, with Father Dean Mathewson officiating. Burial will follow in LaRue Cemetery. Calling hours will not be observed.
Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, is handling arrangments, Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
Mrs. Mallett, a resident of Community Nursing Center, formerly LaRue, died Thursday afternoon at Marion General Hospital.
She was born in Cleveland Aug. 18,1901, a daughter of Alton and De-liah Monks Sherman.
The homemaker was a member of St. Joseph Church and a former member of the Lakewood Chapter of the American Red Cross. Her husband, Chauncey I. Mallett, died Aug. 12, 1961. They were married June 16, 1926.
Mrs. Mallett is survived by a son, Edmund I. Mallett, LaRue; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.
