Louis G. Cochran


July 29, 1987- Services for Louis G. Cochran will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, by the Rev. Phyllis Riggs, with burial in LaRue Cemetery.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday. Masonic services will be 7:30 a.m. Friday. Memorials may be made to the cancer society.
He died at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 1987, in Hardin Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 22, 1911, in Martin County,. Ind., to Grant and Minnie (Helphstine) Cochran. On July 25, 1953, he married Geneva A. Mead and she survives.        
Also surviving are a son, Norman L. of Route 1, Kenton; a daughter, Mrs. Robert  (June) Saltzman of Route 1, Kenton; a stepson, Harold Healea of Seattle, Wash.; a stepdaughter, Mary Jane Thomas of Tarpon Springs, Fla.;  a brother, Forrest of St. Louis, Mo.; and a sister, Ethel Collins of, Loogootee, Ind. A stepdaughter, brother and sister are deceased.      
He was the former owner of Tri-County Limestone from 1953 to 1983.
He was a member of Marseilles United Methodist Church and Mar-
j seilles Lodge 515, Free and Accepted Masons. He was a 32nd degree mason
and member of the Scottish Rite, Columbus. He was also a member of the Kenton Elks Lodge and Wyandot
Chapter 116, Order of Eastern Star.
