Mildred O. Hastings

Mildred O. Hastings, 91, formerly LaRue, - died Tuesday morning Jan 21, 1986 in Milcrest Nursing Home, Marysville.
She was born Jan. 21, 1895, in Big Island Township, Marion County, a daughter of John H. and Lavina Brockelsby Guthery.
She married Frank P. Hastings June 18,1916, and he died Oct. 29, 1947.
Mrs. Hastings was a retired business administrator with Miami University. She attended LaRue United Methodist Church and was a member of 20th Century Club and Happi Tyme Club.
Survivors include a son, Phillip G. Hastings, Prospect; a sister, Margarite Drake, Bay Village; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A son, a brother and a sister are deceased.
The service will bevcpnducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, with Dr. J. Brien McGarvey officiating. Burial will be in LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call at
the funeral home after 7 p.m. Thurs-day.
