Glenna Evelyn Harrah


Glenna Evelyn Harrah, 65, 280 Mc-Cormick St., LaRue, died early Saturday morning April 19, 1986 in Marion Health Care Center.    
She was born Feb. 10, 1921, in Ramsey, .W.Va., the daughter of the late James Otis and Catherine B. Norman Ramsey. Having lived in the Marion area for 32 years, she was retired from employment with Wolohan Lumber Company,  She married Berton L. Harrah Jan. 26,1941, and he died Feb. 19,1983.  She is survived by seven sons, Lowell C. Harrah, LaRue, Chester B., James C; and Willie C. Harrah, all Marion, Toby Harrah, Fort Worth, Texas, Stanley R. Harrah, Warren, and John W. Harrah, Charleston, W.Va.; five daughters, MrS. James (Jean) Kyle, Richwood, Mrs. Thomas (Cindy) Miller, New Bloomington, Mrs. Terry (Kim) Newsome, LaRue, Nancy Humphrey, Elkview, (W.Va., and Sandra Meadows, Charleston, W.Va.; a stepbrother, Frank Campbell, Ansted, W.Va,; and 26 grandchildren. A son and three brothers preceded her in death.
The service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Ansted, W.Va. Burial will follow in Richmond Chapel Cerfie-tery, West Virginia. Friends may call at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, after 2 p.m. Monday and in the. evening. Calling hours in Ansted will be after 5 p.m. Tuesday.
