Jeffrey Brian Cellar

Jeffrey Brian Cellar, 19, 300 Prospect-Upper Sandusky Road, died Monday morning Nov. 17, 1986 at his home. Though suffering from muscular dystrophy, he had led an active life until shortly before his death.
He was born April 28, 1967, to Ralph and Shirley VanSickle Cellar and graduated in 1985 as an honor student from Elgin High School.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister, Kathy Cellar, at home; paternal grandmother, Loretta Cellar, Galion; and maternal grandmother, Evelyn VanSickle, Marion.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in LaRue Cemetery with the Rev. Tim Pasma officiating.
Friends may call at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, after 7 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to Robert Thornburgh's art class in care of Elgin High School.
