She died at Eastlawn Manor at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday after a four-year illness.
She was born July 15, 1887, in Hepburn to Rufus C. and Isabelle (Morse) Clement.
She was married to Harry Wormald July 4, 1924, in Marion. He died Nov. 11, 1964. In 1954, the Wormalds moved to Marion and stayed there.
She had been a teacher in the Marion County area.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Gladys M. Robinson of Marion, formerly of Hepburn.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue by the Rev. Robert Ingram, with burial in LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 tonight, and Thursday afternoon and evening.
The family's favorite charities are the Asthmatic Fund and the Heart Fund.
