Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood by the Rev. Gay Yoders, with burial in Price Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
He died at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware.
He was born Sept. 5, 1888, in Jackson Township, Union County, to Milton and Amanda (Parish) Mather.
He was married to Mae Snyder. She died in April, 1964.
Surviving are a brother, Harold of Columbus, and a sister, Delsie Bumgarner of Marysville; nieces and nephews. Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.
He was a retired farmer, and had operated a grocery for a number of years in Magnetic Springs, and also had owned one in Richwood.
