Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in'LaRue by the Rev. James Mason, with burial in Price Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday.
He died at 12:40 a.m. today at Eastlawn Manor in Marion.
He was born March 1,1884, in Union County to Levi and Sarah (Carter) Blue.
He was married to Maggie L Rosette May 8, 1907, in Marysville. She died Nov. 19, 1967.
He was retired from the Marion County Highway Department, and had been a farmer.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Irma Mae Carothers of LaRue; four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Wilton R. Blue of New Bloomington.
A sister is deceased.
