Graveside services will be held at the LaRue Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. James Mason officiating.
He died at his residence at 8:15 a.m. Thursday. He was born April 17, 1920, in Trumble County to Ralph and Minnie (Hatcher) Dunkin and his mother survives in LaRue. A graduate of the LaRue High School, he was a factory worker and a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are one son Clayton Lee with the United States Air Force in St. Louis, Mo.; daughters, Carol Cook of Hamilton, 0.; Emily Sue of Oxford, Ohio; Jennifer Sue and another son, David Lee both at home; one grandchild; two brothers, Glenn L. of Marion; and Gene L. of Hollister, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Grace) Herford of Rushsylvania.
Arrangements are being made by the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue.
