Rosa Stuckey Oberdier


Mrs. Rosa Stuckey Oberdier, 95, of LaRue, died at 6:35 a.m. today Jan 5, 1970 in the Haven of Rest
Nursing Home following an Ml- ness of a year and a half. She was the foster daughter
of John and Charlotte Bloom-ingdale of Marseilles. Her husband, William 0. Oberdier died in 1950.
She was a member of the LaRue United Methodist Church, the Golden Hour Circle of the church, the American Legion Auxiliary, and a charter member of the Bowling Green Grange.
Surviving are five sons, Roy of Columbus. Albert of Prospect, Ralph of LaRue, Prank of Belle Center, and Don of Rich-wood; two daughters, Mrs. Eva Patton of Cincinnati, and Mrs. Alma Hefner of Lafayette; 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Two sons and a daughter preceded her in death.
Services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Ford Funeral Home, LaRue, by Rev. Ken Parker. Burial will be in Paw Paw Cemetery, north of LaRue.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Tuesday.
