Charles Wesley Keller


Charles Wesley Keller, 88, of Prospect died Tuesday, March 11, 2003, at
Marion General Hospital.
He was a salesman for the Marion Candy and Cigar Company for more than
40 years. He was a member of the Prospect United Methodist Church, a
life member of the Prospect American Legion, a former member of the
Prospect Lions Club and a charter member of the Prospect Sunswim pool.
He was born Aug. 4, 1914, in Ohio City to the late Wesley Martin and
Cara Mae Ramey Keller and was predeceased by his first wife, Winifred H.
Ballenger Keller in 1972.
He is survived by his wife, Florence Uliano Beaschler Keller whom he
married Nov. 17, 1973; three sons, Jeffrey Charles (Gail) Keller of
Dublin, Fred Alan (Cathy) Keller of Hilliard and Kevin Edward (Cheryl)
Keller of Prospect; three stepsons, James A. (Heidi) Beaschler of
Findlay, David Lee Beaschler of Pompano Beach, Fla., and Peter N.
Beaschler of Marion; nine grandchildren, Kristany Keller, Christy Brown,
Ryan Keller, Ashley Keller, Katie Keller, Jason Beaschler, Mike
Beaschler, Nickolas Beaschler and Brienne Beaschler.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Prospect United
Methodist Church. The Rev. David L. Hoffman will officiate and burial
will be at the Prospect Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gehm-Ballinger
Funeral Home in Prospect from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Prospect United Methodist
Church Building Fund.
