George Dial Good


George Dial Good, 87, of Prospect died Friday, Feb. 22, 2002, at the
Arbors at Delaware.
He was a maintenance technician at Whirlpool, retiring in 1976, and was
a member of the Prospect United Methodist Church and Prospect Senior
Citizens.
He was born March 29, 1914, in Marion to the late Aroy Curtis and Mabel
H. Rollins Good and was predeceased by two brothers; a sister; a
half-brother; two half-sisters; a son, a grandson; and a great-grandson.
He married Nellie Irene Lane Dec. 25, 1936, in Lima and she died Feb.
20, 2002.
He is survived by a daughter, Geraldine (Carl) Hecker of Prospect; two
sons, Robert A. Good of Inverness, Fla., and Richard E. Good of Marion;
15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services, along with services for his wife, will be held at 11
a.m. Saturday at the Prospect United Methodist Church. The Rev. David L.
Hoffman will officiate and burial will be at the Prospect Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Gehm-Ballinger
Funeral Home in Prospect.

Relocation Fund, in care of the Prospect United Methodist Church, 203 N.
Elm St., Prospect, Ohio 43342. Cards will be available at the funeral
home.
