Arizona Angel Moon
Arizona Angel Moon, daughter of Robert Moon and Lynde S. Creviston, died a few hours after her birth on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002, at OSU Hospital in Columbus. Surviving are her parents; maternal grandparents, Jackie S. and Dave R. Creviston; paternal grandparents, Bill and Julie Sutake of Bucyrus; maternal great-grandparents, Mary and Kenny Creviston and Betty and Jack Conley; and several aunts and uncles. Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002, at Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home with the Rev. Nancy Ratz officiating. Interment was at Prospect Cemetery.Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home
