Velda Grace Holt, 76, of Columbus died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002,at St. Ann's Hospital.
She was a cook at the former Jane Case Hospital in Delaware and was a member of Fite Memorial Baptist Church in Marion. She was born March 9, 1925, in Cheyenne, Wy., to the late Earl and Goldie lams Beers and was predeceased by a son, Burell Holt, a brother and a sister. She is survived by her husband Gene Holt whom she married April 17, 1945; two daughters, JoAnn (Everett) Lowe of Marysville and Sondra (Dave) Spradlin of Columbus; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial-contributions may be made to the Fite Memorial Baptist Church, 497 Davids St., Marion, Ohio 43302. The Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood is in charge of arrangements. | |||
