James Frank Jackson, 89, of Kenton died Saturday, Jan. 13. 2001, at the
Corinthian Skilled nursing and Rehab Center in Kenton. ' He was a crane operator for Marion Power Shovel. ' He was born Sept 21,1911, in Kentucky to the late General Lee and Myrtle Blue Jackson and was predeceased by a son, Philip Jackson; a brother, -Arthur Jackson: and in 1983 by his first wife, Victoria Hill whom he married in 1935." He is survived by his second wife, Dotty Jackson; four sons, Harlan Jack- ' son of Raymond, Jack Jackson of West Liberty, James Jackson of Zanesfield and Robert Jackson of Marion; a daughter, Betty Drake of Portsmouth; 25 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; ' and a sister, Ruth Craig of Kentucky. • Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. The Rev. B J. hall will officiate and burial will be at the York Cemetery, Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
