Glen Edward Jerew


Glen Edward Jerew, 78, of Tiffin died Saturday, March 10, 2001, at his
home.
He was a rate specialist and had 35 years of service with the Defense Supply
Construction Center in Columbus. He owned a radio and television
repair shop. He was a pilot for 35 years and enjoyed flying his personal aircraft
and fishing.
He was born April 9, 1922, in Richwood to the late William and Carrie
Hughes Jerew and was predeceased by a sister.
He is survived by his wife, Betty King Jerew whom he married June 20,
1942, in Tiffin; a son, William Edward "Ed'" (Caroline) Jerew of Upper Sandusky;
three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Clara
(Omer) King of Richwood.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Ballinger Funeral
Home in Richwood. The Rev. Fred Cheney will officiate and burial will
be at the Price Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
