Jane Tanner

Jane Tanner 71, of Richwood died Monday, May 8, 2000, at Memorial
Hospital of Union County after a brief illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of American Legion Post 368 Auxiliary
in Prospect.
She was born July 1, 1928, in Richwood to the late John and Mary Green
DeBolt and was predeceased by four brothers, three sisters and a greatgrandchild,
She is survived by her husband, Harvey Tanner whom she married Oct. 7,
1947; a daughter, Peggy (Les) Music of Richwood; two sons, Gary (Mary)
Tanner and Jeff Tanner of Richwood; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood, The Rev. Joseph Rhea will officate and burial will be at the Claibourne Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday.
