Norma E. Bowen


Norma E. Bowen, 88, formerly of Richwood, died Saturday, Aug. 26,
2000, at Wyandot Manor Nursing Home in Upper Sandusky.
; She was a homemaker, was of the Methodist Faith and was a member of
Mount Carmel Chapter 42 O.E.S.
! She was born Aug. 1, 1912, in Urbana to the late Jack and Stella Cobus
Salsbury and was predeceased by two sisters. She married Dr. William
Bowen Jan. 8, 1932, and he died Feb. 22. 1976.
; She is survived by two sons, Mark (Pam) Bowen of Upper Sandusky and
Alan (Hilda) Bowen of Franklin, Tenn.: seven grandchildren: and several
great-grandchildren.
; Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Ballinser Funeral
Home in Richwood. The Rev. Joseph Rhea will officiate and burial will be
a? the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
! Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wyandot County or a
charity of the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
