Audrey Myers

: Audrey Myers, 88, died Sunday, March 21, 1999 at Sterling
House in Marion. The Prospect resident was bom December 31,
1911, a daughter of P. D. and Ethel Bixler Lee.
She graduated from Bowling Green State University and was a
teacher at Prospect Elementary School. The member of Prospect
United Methodist Church also was a member of The Gardeners
Garden Club. She and her late husband, Archie L. Myers, whom
she married in 1938, were founding members of Prospect Senior
Citizens.
Surviving are three daughters, Marilyn Johnson of Alliance,
Ann Myers of Columbus and Susan Kimbler of Silverton,
Colorado; a brother Harlan Lee of Wauseon; a sister Doris Wyse of
Sanford, Florida; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.'
The Rev. David L. Hoffman conducted funeral services
Wednesday at Prospect United Methodist Church. Burial was at
Prospect Cemetery. Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home was in charge
of arrangements.
