Iva Virginia Dailey, 74, formerly of Richwood, died Saturday Feb 20
1999, at East Lawn Manor in Marion,
She was a homemaker.
She was born April 13, 1924, in Georgesville to the late William and Jennie
L. Puckett Baker and was predeceased by two sisters and a brother She
married Leonard "John" Dailey Oct. 21, 1963, in Marysville and he died in 1991.
She is survived by two sons, Jess Jones of Holland, Ohio, and Rodger
Jones of Lima; three daughters, Judith Rodman of Prospect, Evelyn Adkins
of Columbus and Tammy Boyd of Richwood; 13 grandchildren; 35 greatgrandchildren;
four great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Lawrence Baker of
Georgesville; and two sister, Pearl Buck of Galloway and Bertha Newland of
Columbus.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Ballinger Funeral
Home in Richwood. The Rev. Mike Brown will officiate and burial will be
at the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p m
Wednesday.
