| Michael Lee Chapman, 49, died Saturday, July 17,1999, at his Tucson, Ariz, residence. The self-employed painter was born August 20, 1949, a son of Merle Wayne and Louise Jordan
Chapman. He was a member of Manor Baptist Church in Tucson. Surviving are his mother Louise Jordan Chapman and stepfather, Dale C. Chapman, both of Logan; stepdaughter Christel White of Tucson; stepson James White of Winslow, Ariz.; stepdaughter Lavonne White of New York City, twin sister Susan Brooks of Tucson; stepbrothers Randy Chapman of Tucson, Steve . Chapman of Scotts Bluff, NE, Kevin Chapman of Richwood; stepsister Melodi Ann Chapman of Richwood and paternal grandmother Ruth Prater Young of Marion. His father preceded him in death. The Rev. Barb Stevens will conduct funeral services Thursday, July 22, 11 a:m. at Ballinger Funeral Home where friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Burial will be at Claibourne Cemetery.
