Bertha Edna Rockhold DeWitt Fausnaugh, 84, of Richwood died Sunday,
Aug. 30, 1998, at Boone hospital Center in Columbia, Mo., after a three month illness. She was a homemaker. She was born Jan. 30, 1914, in York Center to the late Levi G. and Mary E. Longberry Rockhold and was predeceased by a great-grandchild, four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by four sons, Thomas Lee (Emily) DeWitt of Newport, Jerry Gene (Ellen) DeWitt of Green Camp, Dan (Penny) DeWitt of New Bloomington and Dick (Joyce) DeWitt of Marion; three daughters, Barbara (Robert) Ritchie of Green Camp and Janet Miller and Judy (Mike) Durham of Ashland, Mo.; 29 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; seven greatgreat- grandchildren; two brothers, Burl (Verna) Rockhold of Marysville and Howard (Mary) Rockhold of York Center, and four sisters, Mabel Eastman and Fannie (Paul) Hoffman of Richwood, Bobbie (Harold) Gardner of Westerville and Florence Fisher of Venice, Fla. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. The Rev. David Rush will officiate and burial will be at the York Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. | |||
